PhD Work

Before I became “serious” about comedy and writing, I earned a PhD in ecology, evolution, and behavior from Michigan State University. I did research on bumblebee behavior. It was exactly as fun as it sounds!

I’ve published a few academic papers that you can find below. I also won some teaching awards while I was in grad school so if you need me to teach you anything just ask and I’ll do it.
